Sun 14 Sep 2008 1.00-4.00pm Sussex Industrial Archaeology Soc Guided Walk: Poyntz Bridge and Short Industrial Walk of Southgate, Chichester. An opportunity to cross the Chichester Ship Canal on the unique 1820 cast iron Poyntz swing bridge, just south of the canal basin. FREE! The walk starts at 14.30 led by Alan Green.
